Location - Gurgaon ( work from Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its technical capabilities and limitations
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring that they follow best practices and adhere to established standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
- Conduct technical assessments of existing Salesforce implementations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code meets established standards and is well-documented
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce product releases and updates, identifying opportunities to leverage new features and functionality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications, including Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on the Salesforce platform
- Proven experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce product offerings, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
