We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. We will prefer females. only. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.

**Office Management**: Maintain a well-organized and clean office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating repairs as needed.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and other administrative documents. Prepare reports as required.

**Travel Coordination**: Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for team members and guests as necessary.

**Calendar Management**: Manage calendars for executives and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.

**Visitor Reception**: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.

**Data Entry**: Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems as needed.

**Meeting Coordination**: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google sheets, Drive and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

**Education**:

- **Minimum Graduation.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
