**Job Duties and Responsibilities for a Salesperson for Harshini Tea Core Duties**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Introduce _Harshini Tea_ products, including CTC and dust tea variants, to retail stores, wholesalers, distributors, and end customers.
- Highlight the unique selling points of _Harshini Premium Tea_, such as its flavor profile, freshness, and packaging.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for _Harshini Tea_.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to generate interest and secure orders.
- **Market Outreach**:

- Visit grocery stores, tea vendors, supermarkets, and cafés to expand the reach of _Harshini Tea_ products.
- Build a robust network of distributors and retailers within the assigned region.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Acquire deep knowledge of _Harshini Tea_, including its green and black tea options, health benefits, and brewing techniques.
- Stay informed about competitors’ tea products and market trends.
- **Order Management**:

- Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery through proper coordination with the logistics team.
- Maintain records of orders, payments, and deliveries for transparency.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Conduct tea-tasting sessions and events to increase awareness of _Harshini Tea_.
- Distribute promotional materials like brochures, banners, and sample packs to boost sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and consumers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing feedback or resolving issues promptly.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Act as the face of _Harshini Tea_ by upholding its values of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the brand’s products are displayed attractively at retail outlets.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.
- **Stock Monitoring**:

- Regularly check inventory levels at retail outlets and coordinate restocking to avoid stockouts.
- Monitor the freshness and shelf life of _Harshini Tea_ products.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Share customer feedback and market trends with the management for continuous improvement.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Adhere to the company’s pricing, discounting, and packaging policies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding tea distribution and sales.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Monthly sales targets achieved for _Harshini Premium Tea_.
- Growth in retailer and distributor partnerships.
- Increased brand presence and visibility in retail locations.
- Positive feedback from customers regarding product quality and service.
