**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**OFFICER-ACCOUNTS AND COMMERCIAL**

**Accoungts**
- Prepare and analyze accounting records and financial statements reports.
- Complete taxes owed and prepare tax returns, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments.
- Prepare forms and manual for accounting and book keeping personnel.
- Knowledge of Income tax returns & GST and TDS returns.
- Annual filling of private companies.

**_Store_**
- Manage day to day operations of physical store location.
- Oversee and supervise associates and other store staff to ensure adherence to company processors.
- Assist the procurement of necessary items, including restoring safety stock.
- Ensure to properly maintain safety stock in the store.
- Invoice entry in tally, maintain inward and outward register entry, GRN book, Issue and consume material plant to plant through tally, Maintain stock in tally and etc.
- Receiving and analyzing weekly reports from the store.
- Maintain opening and closing stock.
- Maintain safety stock and working on “FIFO”, “LIFO” and 6S based planning.

**_Purchase_**
- Keep searching to find the best products and suppliers in the company terms of best price, delivery schedules and quality.
- Build good relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, new vendors and existing vendors.
- Keeping in mind the quality of the goods made available to the company, negotiate the price and also check the quality parameters of the received material given by the customers.
- Check the vendor invoice and GST.
- Developing strategies to ensure that cost savings suppliers.
- **Undertake value for money reviews of existing contracts and agreements. Keeps a constant check on stock levels.**:

- Evaluate quotations and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors.
- Ensure suppliers are aware of our business targets.
- Attends meeting and trade conferences for new ideas.
- Train and supervise the work of other members of staff.
- Directing the subordinates to raise purchase orders on the name of the vendors.
- Developing an alternate supplier base to leverage better pricing and quality.
- On boarding vendors in the organization through vendor registration.
- Receiving feedback from the vendors on a periodical basis.
- Resolving suppliers and customers issues within agreed timelines.
- Receiving and analyzing weekly reports of purchase and sales.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
