Our dedication, compassion, and commitment are embodied in our forthcoming project. This healthcare facility is planned to be a beacon of charity and goodwill, assuring free medical aid to the less privileged. One of our primary services will be the provision of free cataract surgeries.
It is our heartfelt endeavour to aid approximately 2,50,000 patients annually, providing them with a chance to see the world clearer and live a fuller life.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to join our team at a leading Charitable Eye Hospital in Mathura. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the hospital, ensuring its financial health and sustainability as it targets an ambitious goal of conducting 50,000 surgeries annually. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mission of providing quality eye care to those in need while driving strategic financial initiatives to support the hospital's growth and impact.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the hospital's mission and objectives, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for internal stakeholders, board members, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the development, monitoring, and management of annual budgets, tracking variances and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets, minimize risks, and ensure accountability and transparency in financial transactions and operations.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital effectively to support operational needs, investments, and expansion initiatives while optimizing financial resources.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and strategies to maximize returns on surplus funds, in line with the hospital's risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, interest rate risks, and credit risks, through appropriate risk management strategies and hedging mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, reporting requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors as necessary.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning to achieve departmental goals and professional development objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master’s in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of success in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive organizational change.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial governance and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced MS Excel skills. **Should Possess**:
- Strong team player capabilities and have the skills to effectively guide and mentor a team.
- Demonstrable experience in fundraising and proposal writing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. **Ability to strategize and plan fundraising campaigns.**:

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
