Job Title: Restaurant Cook (Indian and Arabic Cuisine)

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Arabic dishes according to recipes and standards.

Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.

Execute all cooking tasks with precision and efficiency, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, following proper handling, storage, and cooking procedures.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes, menus, and specials while considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Handle customer inquiries and special requests courteously and professionally.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Cook specializing in Indian and Arabic cuisines, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Indian and Arabic culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

Proficiency in preparing a wide range of Indian and Arabic dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.

Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary school is preferred.

Valid food handler's permit or certification.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
