Key ResponsibiliƟes:

- Everything starts with effecƟve and producƟve Time Management.
- Assist/ Lead in the preparaƟon of ingredients and “mise en place” for various menu items

under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Support in the cooking process to ensure dishes are prepared to perfecƟon, following

established recipes and cooking techniques.
- Quality Assurance: Help maintain high-quality standards by paying aƩenƟon to detail and

adhering to food presentaƟon guidelines.
- Follow strict hygiene and sanitaƟon pracƟces to keep the kitchen and workstaƟons clean and

safe.
- Work collaboraƟvely with the kitchen team, taking direcƟons from senior chefs, and

contribuƟng to a smooth workflow.
- Be flexible and adaptable in handling mulƟple tasks and orders simultaneously during peak

hours.
- Display a willingness to learn and improve culinary skills through training and mentorship from

senior chefs.
- Comply with all food safety and health regulaƟons to ensure a safe dining experience for our customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,337.43 per month

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kannur, Kerala (required)
