Our sole aim is to bring efficient upgrades to the supply chain by managing the logistics operations for our clients. **Objectives of the role**:
To create awareness about the services offered by the company and generate leads for increased margin of profit.
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Associate to utilize inbound and outbound telephone cold calls to achieve sales targets. The Telesales Associate ’s responsibilities include receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. To make reports and assist Business Development Manager with all the related tasks.
**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Call existing/potential customers to explain about services to generate sales/revenue for the organization
- To utilize inbound/outbound calls to increase sales
- To share and record accurate information of communication with customers to update database
- Answer questions regarding services to ensure customer requirements
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements.
- Develop and sustain relationships with customers to encourage long term business.
- Meet/exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Min 2 to 4 years of proven experience working as a Tele Sales executive with edtech background.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Preferably Female
- Languages like Hindi, English is a must
- Immediate joiner preferred
