Job Summary:
The Tender Filling and Documentation Specialist plays a crucial role in our government department by ensuring accurate and timely preparation, submission, and maintenance of tender documents. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of government procurement procedures. The specialist will collaborate closely with various departments to compile and submit competitive tenders while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
**Tender Preparation**:
Research and analyze tender opportunities and requirements.
Prepare, review, and edit tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
Ensure all documents align with government regulations and guidelines.
**Documentation Management**:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all tender documents, including past submissions, contracts, and correspondence.
Track and manage deadlines for tender submissions and follow-ups.
**Communication**:
Act as a point of contact for communication with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, vendors, and contractors.
Respond to inquiries and requests for information related to tender submissions.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
