Tour Executive Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role for a tour executive. The tour executive will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks related to tour planning, guided tours, tour management, and itinerary management. The tour executive will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure they have a memorable holiday experience with us.
**Role**:
Sales / Operations
**Responsibilities**:
1.Assist in creating detailed itineraries for various tour packages, ensuring they are well-planned and meet customer expectations.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to secure necessary arrangements such as transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals.
3. Research and identify popular tourist attractions, landmarks, and unique experiences to be included in tour packages.
4. Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content to promote our tours.
5. Support the sales team by providing accurate information about tour packages to potential clients.
6. Assist with administrative tasks including booking reservations, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
7. Accompany tour groups during their travel to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and destination knowledge to continuously improve our offerings.
**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in tourism management or a related field (recent graduates are also welcome).
2. Passionate about travel with a strong desire to learn about the tourism industry.
3. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
6. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with travel booking systems is an advantage.
7. Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends or holidays when required during peak seasons.
**Qualification**:
1. Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management.
2. MBA/PGDMA in Travel & Tourism Management.
3.Any Graduate & Post Graduate ( Travel & Tourism Preference )
