**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tour Planning & Itinerary Development**:
- Design and develop customized travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences, including accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and activities.
- Research and stay up-to-date with popular travel destinations, emerging trends, and new tour opportunities.
- **Booking & Coordination**:
- Handle all tour bookings, including transportation, hotels, excursions, guides, and other travel services.
- Ensure accurate and timely reservations with local partners (hotels, airlines, etc.) and manage booking amendments as necessary.
- **Client Communication**:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and offer expert advice on travel destinations, tours, and travel arrangements.
- Provide clients with all relevant travel documents (itineraries, tickets, vouchers) and pre-departure briefings.
- **Vendor & Partner Relations**:
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international vendors such as hotels, tour guides, and activity providers to ensure the highest level of service.
- Negotiate with vendors for the best prices and manage contracts with suppliers.
- **Tour Execution & Support**:
- Coordinate tour logistics and ensure smooth execution of all aspects of the trip.
- Provide on-the-ground support for clients during their travels, resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle client complaints, issues, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages via various channels (online, brochures, social media, etc.).
- Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and workshops to market tours and build brand awareness.
- **Financial Management**:
- Manage tour budgets, ensuring tours are profitable while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Track expenses, process payments, and handle invoicing for clients and suppliers.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry as a tour operator, travel agent, or related role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tours at once.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to deal effectively with clients and suppliers.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Familiarity with popular tourist destinations and understanding of visa regulations and travel documentation.
- **Problem-Solving & Flexibility**:
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues quickly during tours.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- **Team Player**:
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful tours.
Pay: ₹10,269.29 - ₹28,339.11 per month
