We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inbound Tour Executive to join our team. As an Inbound Tour Executive, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of inbound tours for our clients. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including travel agencies, hotels, transportation providers, and tour guides to ensure the smooth execution of tour itineraries.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop customized tour packages based on client requirements and preferences.

2. Liaise with travel agencies and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers for accommodations, transportation, and other services.

3. Coordinate with hotels, ensuring room reservations are confirmed in a timely manner.

4. Arrange transportation logistics such as airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and local transportation during the tour.

5. Collaborate with tour guides to ensure they have all the necessary information to provide an exceptional experience for clients.

6. Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients, including hotel vouchers, flight tickets, and tour instructions.

7. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about tour packages and services.

8. Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during the tour, providing quick solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and destination knowledge to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in the travel industry or as an Inbound Tour Executive is preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

4. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accuracy in itinerary planning and documentation.

5. Knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and tourist destinations is beneficial.

6. Proficiency in using travel-related software or systems is desirable.

7. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

8. A passion for travel along with excellent customer service skills.

9. Target achiver.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
