**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- Provide 24X7 support.
- Work in morning, evening and night shifts and on weekends on rotational basis.
- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnosis and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Application Support ,Customer Support
- Working knowledge of Servicenow, Control-M, Splunk
- This position requires to work on night shifts
- Good knowledge of SQL, Linux, MS Office
- Good understanding about ITIL, ITSM Tools & Process
- Working experience of Incident Management, Change & Problem Management

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Good networking knowledge (network layers, TCP/IP) will be an added advantage.
- Payments and/or Banking domain experience
- Automation experience
- Experience of Financial Services industry.
- Experience of working in matrix management of resources.
