Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding process, overseeing payroll processing, and ensuring the smooth flow of salaries in a remote work setup. This position requires someone who can provide client support in the PST (Pacific Standard Time) timezone
**Responsibilities**:
- **Provide accurate and timely responses**: Research, troubleshoot, and provide appropriate and prompt solutions to customer issues while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- **Onboarding support**: Assist with the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the necessary steps and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Payroll processing: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including validating timesheets, calculating salaries, and addressing any related concerns.
- **Salary flow management**: Oversee the process of salary disbursement for remote employees, ensuring timely payments and resolving any payment-related issues.
- **Maintain customer records**: Update customer information and interactions accurately in the database or CRM system to ensure a comprehensive customer profile and facilitate efficient follow-ups.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Liaise with cross-functional teams such as sales, technical support, and product development to address customer concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Timezone support**: Provide customer support during the PST (Pacific Standard Time) timeframe, accommodating the needs of clients in that region.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a remote work setup.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and general HR practices is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as per the specified schedule.
