Shift: General
Your primary duties will be:

- Coordinating and scheduling site initiatives and meetings for the India Leadership teams.
- Effectively partnering with the Facilities Operations to highlight and manage efficiencies for the team and the site. Facilitating process improvements for hygiene, employee experience, food & beverage, security and transportation related challenges
- Manage travel, transportation and stay arrangements for incoming visitors and international travel for teams in India.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow through with the teams for actions.
- Effectively manage schedules to help enable work life integration keeping in mind time zones (conflicts and overlaps between IST and Pacific Time Zones).
- Partnering with executive assistant(s) at the HQ to elevate effectiveness of culture, time management, celebration events, and employee experience.
- Setup catch-ups with leadership team for local employees engagement through formal and informal, individual and group based interactions.
- Help support planning and budgeting expenses related for the center budgets.
- Creating Presentations & Planning Documents including presentation slides, process documents, and excel based models (pivot, macro, and vlookup like skills are essential).
- Handling Confidential Documents.
- Managing special projects for the center and managing critical assignments in parallel with timely delivery schedules. Help creating effective communications (written and spoken) and employee engagement initiatives Create and Lead a cross-functional team for culture and engagement.
- Tracking critical metrics for the department to include, but not limited to, budget, travel, headcount, and other critical parameters for center s success.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of administrative experience; bachelor s degree.
