**Job Role**: Sales execution and support

1. Sourcing tenders from various government/corporate websites on daily basis

2. Drafting the Quotation/tenders specifications for various government departments

3. Provide back-end support for the sales team

4. Typing, formatting and creating documents required for online bid submission

5. Timely coordination and submission for the end to end tender process

6. Daily reporting and feedback

7. Coordinating with the internal office staff

8. Communication and visit at key clients including follow up before and after meetings

9. Preparation and conducting product/service presentations for customers

10. Having up-to-date knowledge about company product and service

11. Preparation of reports and sharing with the management as when required

12. Completing of work in timely manner and with dedication and honesty

13. Assist in procurement process and coordination with supplier

14. Payment follow up with the customer

15. Work on top priority irrespective of time

**Skill requirement**:
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and word

2. Good communication skills (English, Hindi and Marathi)

3. Knowledge of how government departments function

4. Sales, Inside Sales, Lead generation

5. Tender evaluation, online tender, Online Bidding, Tendering, Offline, Government tender, govt. bidding

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
