**Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive for** **a BPO Company. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a proven track record of exceeding targets.**

**Position**: Inside Sales Executive

**Location**: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

**Qualification**: Graduation and above

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in sales

**Salary**: Upto 25k CTC + Incentives

**Timing**: 9:30 am to 7 pm

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the outsourcing/offshoring industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to develop targeted sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and account growth
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
