Job Summary: The Customer Relations and Communications Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer relations and communications within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customer relations strategies and programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage customer feedback and incorporate it into continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement communication plans and strategies to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal and external channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead crisis communications efforts, including developing response plans and coordinating communications during critical situations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of customer relations best practices, including customer service, complaint resolution, and customer feedback management.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to represent the organization professionally in customer interactions and during events.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
