**IT & Office Assistant**

An IT & Office Assistant is a versatile role that combines responsibilities in both information technology (IT) and administrative support. This individual provides technical and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of an organization's daily activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **IT Support**:

- Troubleshoot basic computer software and hardware issues.
- Provide technical support to staff members.
- Maintain and update computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars and schedules for assigned personnel.
- Prepare presentations and documents.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries.
- Organize and maintain office records and files (both physical and digital).
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of basic IT troubleshooting principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.

**Additional desirable skills**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of specific IT systems or software relevant to the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
