5. Comfortable with 24x7 shift.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate should understand andspeak Hindi and English also
2. RotationalShift / 6 Days working.
3. Work From Office.
4.Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures code of conductand regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicingthe customers.
5. Suggest effective ways through which theClient can promote its products and services and increase customersatisfaction.
6. Ensure that customers confidentialinformation is properly protected and only used for officialpurposes.

JobResponsibilities:
Resolve customercomplaints via phone email mail or social media.
Usetelephones to reach out to customers and verify accountinformation.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problemor reason for calling.
Assist with placement of ordersrefunds or exchanges.
Advise on companyinformation.
Take payment information and other pertinentinformation such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place orcancel orders.
Answer questions about warranties or termsof sale.
Suggest solutions when a productmalfunctions.
Handle productrecalls.
