Profile introduction:
Join our dynamic real estate team as a Pre-Sales Executive and be at the forefront of shaping the future of property transactions. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing strong relationships with potential clients and providing them with insightful information to make informed real estate decisions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Present and showcase available properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry developments and market conditions to offer informed advice.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory for selection.
