Votre rôle et votre environnement de travail
Au sein du Segment Business Banking et rapportant au Manager SME, le Banker SME poursuit les objectifs de développer les relations commerciales et la rentabilité de son portefeuille de clients/prospects du segment Guided composés de petites et moyennes entreprises, mais également assure le contrôle des risques.
Dans cette approche, le Banker SME veille à soutenir le modèle de distribution _Digital First, Remote quand c’est possible, Face to Face si nécessaire_.
Le Banker SME est actif dans un Business Hub composés d’une équipe multidisciplinaire regroupant également des Experts Crédits, Transactions Service Consultant, Spécialistes Assurances et Sales Services Officers (SSO) Guided.
Vos principales responsabilités
Développement des relations commerciales et de la rentabilité d’un portefeuille de Clients/Prospects du segment Guided:
- Vous gérez et développez proactivement des relations commerciales au sein de votre portefeuille et élargissez cette base en prospectant des entreprises non clientes tout en assurant la satisfaction client à court et long terme.
- Vous conseillez le client et faites croître la rentabilité globale de votre portefeuille (Crédits/Leasing, assurances, solutions de paiements, FX, X-Buying global) en étroite collaboration avec le SSO Guided Team ainsi qu’avec un réseau interne de spécialistes.
- Vous maîtrisez tous les produits bancaires destinés aux entreprises et créez des synergies avec les autres segments (Retail, Personal et Private Banking).
- Vous élaborez, présentez des dossiers crédits plus complexes et dans la limite des mandats octroyés, vous prenez des décisions.
- En bon négociateur, vous défendez les intérêts d’ING en tenant compte des conséquences pour le client et assurez un bon rapport risque/rendement profitant à toutes les parties concernées.
Ambassadeur du segment Business Banking:
- Vous représentez ING lors d'événements de networking organisés pour ou par des clients/prospects afin de créer et d'entretenir un contact professionnel privilégié.
- Vous développez un réseau local d’apporteurs d’affaires/promoteurs afin d’acquérir de nouveaux clients, nouer des partenariats et assurer la visibilité d’ING.
- Vous intégrez les nouveaux médias dans votre approche commerciale (LinkedIn, ).

- Un profil chasseur orienté résultats tant vis-à-vis de clients que de prospects, à l’aise dans la démarche remote et face to face
- Promoteur de notre offre remote et digitale avec le support de la Business Service Expert Team
- Maitrise des solutions crédits, sûretés et de l’analyse des états financiers
- Capacité de négocier tant avec le client qu’en interne en conformité avec nos politiques (risk et pricing)
- Efficacité rédactionnelle pour l’introduction d’une demande crédit avec maîtrise des process et outils
- Connaissance de l’environnement juridique, financier et social des entreprises
- Bon communicateur et doté d’un solide esprit d’équipe.

- D’un diplôme de Master ou d’une expérience équivalente
