Build the future.**- Purpose of the position- .- To serve daily customer communications and help in business/ commercial activities (create PO, helps in the customer LCs and amendments), coordinate relevant peer colleagues, demand forecast in IBP, keeping customer/ business data and share updates, helps in organizing customer events and expositions, supervising and ensuring for a smooth operation at the third part warehouse for DSM.- Position context- With the growing market, CCS required to support for all import activities including LCs, coordination among SG office, intending agents and customers for timely delivery, also to open a third-party warehouse and supervise for its smooth day to day operations, so that DSM Customers at Bangladesh can served with a better lead time of product delivery.- Position content**Key areas of accountability/responsibility**
- Serve customer communications and help in logistics (create PO, helps in the customer LCs & amendments, coordinate with indenting agents & peer colleagues locally and regionally, helps timely delivery of products and solutions, helps demand forecast in IBP and etc.)
- Ensure timely availability of shipping documents as per customer request, investigate and resolve logistic complaints (within competencies) and suggest improvements to increase logistic performance, in terms of quality and quantity.
- Helps in organizing customer events and expositions, reserve meeting and conference facilities and catering, provide information on reservations and handle basic admin functions, incidents and complaints about specific facilities
- Support for Customer Portal onboarding & adoption
- Arrange product or solution samples to facilitate local trials and maintain stock of marketing and promotional materials as per market needs
- Report unsafe situation, customer complaints, report incident via applicable forms
- Helps in business updates, share market information, keeping customer data to support Bangladesh business unit
- All activities related to third party warehouse - supervising the third party warehouse team like proper stocking, following FIFO method timely dispatch, stock count as and when required etc.
- Participate to SHE audits according to the annual planning and being the SHE spoc for the BD rep office.
- Execute the job within the applicable QESH structure and system, provide proposals for further enhancing the QESH structure and system and contribute to ensure a safe and healthy working place for employees.
- Develop, implement and manage a cost effective and efficient organization of the account, with clear stakeholder maps and governance structure, including working processes, and systems.
- Required level of educational & experiences- Minimum qualification is Graduate degree, preferable Postgraduate/ MBA.
- At least 4-5 year of experiences in relevant fields
- Clear understanding and hands on experience of commercial, banking, imports/export business (LCs, amendments, shipping process & documentation) and warehousing activities.
- Working with foreign or multinational company would be an additional advantage but not mandatory.
