Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
