**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain student records, including enrollment, grades, and academic progress.
Assist in the coordination and execution of university events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Provide administrative support to faculty members, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff, providing accurate information and guidance.
Coordinate and maintain the university's filing system, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Process and record university-related documents, such as transcripts, diplomas, and certificates.
Assist in the coordination of student recruitment and admissions processes.
Manage and distribute office supplies and equipment as needed.
Support the coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and disseminating relevant information.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient communication and workflow within the university.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Diploma and Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent course and experience.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or university setting.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Familiarity with university policies and procedures is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
