**Position: Key Accounts Executive (Modern Trade)**

Experience

Reporting to: Key Accounts Manager

**Job Summary**

**(Primary deliverables of role and its scope)**
- Maximise market share through developing relationships with Key Retailers.
- Targeting major modern retail chain stores and standalone supermarkets.
- The sales process will involve regular contact and relationship development with Category buyer and store buying & merchandising team
- Maintaining a physical presence & communicating standards to the modern trade team & merchandisers to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution
- Ensure Zero OOS (Out of Shelf Occasion) through merchandisers and sales force co-ordination
- Monitor & analyse trends (Novus Organics, market & competition)
- Identify Gaps at customer level vis-à-vis Business Plans & suggest inputs
- Executing in store Branding
- Execution SSF(Secondary sales force) / Merchandising team & outlining training needs
- Strategizing promotions
- Allocating budgets
- New Product launches - Planning, execution & budgeting
- Evaluating effectiveness of Activities by measuring the difference between Forecast & the Outcome of Activity
- Monitor competitive activities & react with Speedy Action Plans
- Ensure product availability at all relevant outlets through the distributor’s sales force or direct delivery as per Company guidelines
- Designing & ensuring compliance of Planograms
- Secondary Visibility & Off location gondolas

**The following tasks remain Key Account Managers´ full responsibility**:
® Order collection at store level and ensuring onetime order delivery.

® Ensuring 90% + Fill rate

® On time payments of customers

® Meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly OP targets by customer.

® Forecast and manage sales and deal with any departures from the operational plan.

® Implementation of marketing strategies at store level.

® Achievement of agreed sales targets (Revenue & Volume)

® Execution of all activities objectives (Quality & Quantity)

® Fill Rates achievement

® DSO(Daily Sales Outstanding) within norms

® Timely Implementation & Pre & Post evaluation of inputs

® Maintain the bad goods & inventory norms of customers
