**Job Brief**:
Leapswitch Networks is currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive for our Pune location. The individual in this role will play a critical part in driving business development initiatives and formulating strategies to engage potential clients. Our Inside Sales team is integral to our organization’s success, as they generate new revenue streams through client referrals, networking, web leads, and comprehensive service presentations. This position calls for a proactive approach to staying abreast of industry trends and fostering strong relationships with prospective business partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate various sales and customer service activities on client accounts.
- Demonstrate proficient communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including working on pre-identified accounts.
- Oversee customer relationship management for existing accounts.
- Assist new customers in selecting plans that best suit their business needs.
- Address inquiries and conduct follow-up communications with potential clients.
- Facilitate the upgrade process for existing customers to better suit their evolving requirements.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in making calls and establishing rapport with new contacts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented disposition.
- High energy levels, complemented by a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Strong desire to drive company growth through new sales, client acquisition, and territorial expansion.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the company’s service offerings and their positioning within the industry.
- Resilience under stressful situations and tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Persistence and a positive outlook, especially in the face of rejection.
- Ability to function both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in Hubspot or similar CRM and Google Docs / Microsoft Office.
- A minimum of one year of work experience in the Web Hosting or Cloud Hosting industry is preferred.
