**Position Summary**:
**Role Responsibility**:

- Responsible for implementing company sales strategies and achieving sales targets assigned to him/her. He/She is responsible for creating new opportunities and generating sales from existing as well as new customers.
- Responsible for all form of demand generation activity
- Responsible to connect target companies decision makers to influence them, work with potential targets to match the requirement / capability and set up qualified meetings.
- Responsible to coordinate activities with those of other teams to effectively reach out to decision makers.
- Effectively articulate and map our value proposition to the prospects pain points.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of Construction and/or Furniture industry
- Share meaningful market insights with the team to create actionable plans
- Perform Research and build relationships with new clients.

**Education and Experience**:
2 - 8 Years Experience

Good Communication & interpersonal Skills

Willingness to travel

Expert in MS Office and Social Media tools

Should be able to support in content creation for website, brochure, online posts etc.

**Soft Skills**:
1. Motivation, dynamism and customer orientation is must.

2. Good negotiation, excellent written and oral communication and “people” skills

3. Having self-confidence and be able to take initiative

4. The ability to work effectively within Sale team & with cross functional teams

5. Excellent presentation skill

**Technical Skills**:

- Sales, Marketing, business development

- Understanding customer needs and proposing the right product solution
- Closing the order
- Payment collection

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
