We at the Ambedkar Group of Institutions requires experienced Administartive officer/ Incharge for our Institutes located at Dharaundha, Sasaram & HO at Patna.

Job Description of Administrative officer.

Manage budgets, logistics and events or meetings

Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting

Ensure the Institutes complies with relevant laws and regulations

Develop and run educational programs

Counsel students when needed and coordinate exams

Resolve conflicts and other issues

Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public

Have a hand in the creation of the Extra curriculum activities at the Institutes.

Help shape and uphold the vision of the Institutes.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience in Administrative role.

Experience as an educator is a plus

Knowledge of administrative processes of Institutions.

Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational ability

Attention to detail

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Good judgment and decision-making aptitude

Degree in Education or similar field; post-graduate degree is a plus

UG/PG with at least five years of experience in the similar role.

Retd. SP/DSP and Ex -Army Personal are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
