To achieve the revenue targets from the assigned territory.
- Timely collection of payments from the client.
- To have complete knowledge of Flexibond product, Business Cycle, and
- Business policy including pricing.
- Lead generation for the assigned Territory and updating in the CRM on a daily
- basis without fail.
- Answer phones and book reservations for customers based on availability listed
- in the system
- Upsell tickets to clients by recommending higher-end seats or suggesting VIP
- tickets
- Process online reservations and update the system to reflect the new status for
- each event
- Inform customers of alternative events, concerts or promotions if they are
- unable to book the tickets they originally wanted
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for
- future follow-up
- Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Monthly at least two testimonial videos/writing of new or existing clients.

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
- communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when
- requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present
- reports
- Coordinate production team for every order and update in Google sheet and
- update to sales head
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to all policies
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal-setting to the
- senior management team
- handling orders by phone
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to
- ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and
- maintaining month-end sales reports
- Coordinate with the sales team as per PJP ticket booking and update to sales
- team
- Every day update from the sales team for visit details

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
