**Job responsibility**:

- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials in BPO/ Retail/ Hospitality
- Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
- Be forward thinking when designing or redesigning instructional learning programs; ensuring that they adhere to adult learning principles/theory, instructional design theory and related strategies
- With ease utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives
- Enjoy working with tight deadlines and providing valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs
- Creating instructional content that incorporates audio and video
- Create knowledge and skills assessments
- Evaluate learning effectiveness
- Deliver training and presentations on education and learning design
- Write/Review storyboards

Functional Competencies
- Preferred experience required in BPO/ Retail/ Hospitality
- Must have developed content and trained in this sector
- Must have excellent skills in PPT/ Word/ Excel
- Preferred Experience in using different authoring tools (Articulate storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, ISpring, Powtoon and any other additional tools)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Must have knowledge on different instructional methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.
- Design and develop courses for different delivery modes (instructor led training, virtual training, self-directed learning, eLearning, etc.)
- Organized and quick in understanding and learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
