NPST is a fintech company bridging the banking and fintech worlds with its product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years. We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.We believe, Technology drives generations making lives simpler and efficient and aim to change lives and build financially inclusive societies.
What will you do
We are looking for a hands-on product marketing manager with a passion to build product brands in the market. In this role, you will define and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for business-facing products, in close partnership with product, sales, and the leadership team. You need to be passionate about technology, have an experiment-first mindset, and excited about shaping a marketing strategy for our products.
Job responsibilities:
Product Messaging:
Develop expertise on NPST’s product capabilities, competitive landscape and develop a strong value narrative and positioning to demonstrate the product competently.Sales and Partner Enablement:
Contribute towards sales and partner enablement initiatives. Ensure that product marketing assets are utilized for driving commercial outcomes.Product Launches : Contribute and lead product launches/new releases. Work with the product management team for planning, release, and go-to-market initiatives.Competitive Intelligence:
Undertake competition research and ensure competitive intelligence is captured and leveraged by sales and other teams.Product-centric Thought leadership:
Spearhead the creation of thought-leading marketing materials and content across digital and print communications such as customer literature, product tours, blogs, e-mails, videos, webinars, presentations, web copy, advertisement, and trade show/event material.Top of Form:
Provide input and strategy into product roadmap based on market and customer research analysis, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings.Lead Ideation and Delivery of Strategic initiatives
leveraging PMM assets, these include roundtables, thought-leadership webinars, virtual events, partner events and influencer relations
What are we looking for:
3-6 years’ overall experience and 2-3 years’ experience in a new age SaaS or a Fintech firm, with demonstrated experience in developing differentiated messaging and positioning for a dedicated platform/product suite.Excellent written and communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skills. Should be able to effectively work across cross-functional teams.Previous experience in Fintech technology products would be niceSolid multi-tasking skills - capability to handle multiple projects at the same timeAbility to work in cross-functional teams.
Education Qualification - Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) with MBA from a reputed instituteTotal / Relevant Experience - 3 to 6 yearsIndustry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /FintechWork arrangement – 5 days working from officeLocation – Mumbai, Thane (Wagle Estate)
