Junior Lawyer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Junior Lawyer, you will play an integral role in supporting our legal department and assisting senior attorneys with various legal matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various topics related to cases, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.

Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal correspondence under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Case Support: Assist senior attorneys in case preparation, including organizing evidence, conducting interviews, and preparing trial materials.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

Court Appearances: Accompany senior attorneys to court hearings, depositions, and meetings with clients to gain practical courtroom experience.

Legal Administration: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining legal files, calendaring deadlines, and managing legal documentation.

Compliance and Due Diligence: Support compliance efforts by ensuring legal documents and activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

Legal Updates: Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice.

Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as HR, finance, and operations, to provide legal insights and guidance.

Professional Development: Engage in continuing legal education (CLE) opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)

Bar Admission: Admission to the bar association in the relevant jurisdiction is required.

Experience: Prior experience through internships or clerkships in a law firm, legal department, or similar setting is advantageous

Legal Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting legal research using various resources, such as online databases and law libraries.

Writing and Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and concisely.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail when reviewing legal documents and preparing case materials.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments appropriately.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide well-reasoned solutions.

Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a legal team and contribute positively to a professional work environment.

Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and the principles of the legal profession.

As a Junior Lawyer, you will be an integral part of our legal team, assisting senior attorneys and contributing to the success of our clients and the organization. **Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
