The registrar functions as the overall in charge of the administration of the college under the direction of the Principal and is the custodian of all college records

**Admin**:
Ø Registrar maintains effective coordination with all admin staff on a day-to-day basis for smooth functioning of the college, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, purchase and general administration and coordination with IKPL admin.

Ø Responsible for maintaining all records of the college concerning faculty, admin staff and students

Ø Maintaining leave records of Staff and Faculty, personnel files etc.

Ø Preparation of appointment letters for teaching and admin staff & maintenance of related documents/files

Ø Coordinating with the Principal and staff in connection with IPR and periodic audit of the college.

Ø All the admin work related to organising various events and important functions like the Graduation Ceremony, RIFT tournament, Award Ceremony, Farewell Functions, seminar arrangements

Ø Assistance to the Academic Coordinator in preparing the Academic Calendar.

**Admissions & Student Affairs**:
Ø Maintaining student admission pack records and preparing receipts for the same.

Ø Attending to new admission enquiries as and when needed

Ø Processing of UOL online registration and coordinating with students to complete all the formalities.

Ø Correspondence with the students and parents informing them about their success in the interview and admission process

Ø Collection of fees from students, coordinating with the accounts department and maintaining its record

Ø Collecting students’ documents at the time of admission and preparing their files.

Ø Collecting student feedback, a compilation of data in a consolidated report and submission to the Principal

Ø Organising PTM and other meetings from time to time.

**Correspondence**:
Ø Correspondence with the UOL and British Council regarding all student-related matters.

Ø Correspondence /coordination and arrangements for faculty meeting and PTM.

Ø Lodging complaints with UOL and getting students’ problems solved.

**Examinations**:
Ø Processing of online Exam entry registration and interacting with students, the British Council and the UOL till we get the receipts and Hall Tickets

Ø Conducting of Internal Terminal exams - collecting exam question papers from the faculty and following up with the faculty for evaluation of exam answer books till the declaration of results

Ø Responsible for preparing Exam Time Table and invigilation list for conducting exams

Ø Follow up with the students about online registration for the UOL exams and exam centres

Ø Visits to UOL exam centres to ensure that students face no difficulty

**Finance & Budget**:
Ø Maintenance of petty cash and other payment records regularly for submission to the accounts department and the audit queries.

Ø Preparing draft of Annual Budget for RSIC

Ø Preparation of salary data/leave records and submitting the same to the accounts department

Any other assignments given by the Principal from time to time.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
