**Assistant Registrar**

The person shall be responsible for coordination, handling and organizing programs, lecture scheduling, handling students queries, faculty coordination, conduct of Internal assessment and general administration. He/she will supervise and control day-to-day administrative functions of the school/Department. He/she is required to plan and coordinate with the Heads of the School, Faculty & Course coordinators.

**Role & Responsibility**:

- You will report to the Registrar of the University and coordinate the various activities of accreditation by collating the data, keeping records, etc.
- You will be responsible for the Database Management System
- You will keep the regular updates of the information by coordinating with the departments for proper documentation.
- You will prepare required documentation & presentation.
- You will coordinate all the accreditation processes and assist the Registrar in preparing timely documentation.
- You should be able to coordinate with various accreditation agencies and manage the peer team visit.
- Any other work assigned to him by the officers of the Institute from time to time
