Analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market and capitalize on opportunities

**Lead Generation**:
Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation to identify potential delegate clients.

Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events, to generate leads.

**Sales Strategy**:
Devise and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new delegate clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract potential delegates.

**Client Engagement**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and engagement strategies.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of attending our conferences and events.

**Sales Negotiation**:
**Sales Reporting**:
**Targets and KPIs**:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Continuously assess and adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and customer support, to ensure a seamless delegate experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
