Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring Delegates for events/ conferences.
  • Learning about the companies and job roles for this industry to ensure you sell to the right people.
  • Effectively contact all key prospects by telephone.
  • Give them insights of the webinars and chase registrations.
  • Should have good hands on MS Excel and Database management.
  • To generate revenue through delegate sales from new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with a team to achieve better results building relationships and networking.
  • Managing all aspects of the delegate acquisition sales process including pipeline management, notes, and updating account records.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelors or Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience in the area of Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and Journalism with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Extrovert and Excellent communication skills both written (sending emails etc.) and verbal.
  • Self-Starter and extremely high on energy.
