**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

**About the role**:
Dive into the dynamic world of e-commerce with Reckitt as a Key Account Manager. This role offers you the opportunity to shape the online presence of our market-leading brands. Your expertise in nurturing relationships with key partners and leveraging online sales channels will be vital to our shared success. You'll have the scope to influence and expand our digital footprint, ensuring our innovative products make an impactful difference. **Your responsibilities**:

- In summary, you'll:
- Develop and oversee strategic plans to enhance sales and meet revenue goals within key e-commerce accounts.
- Build and nurture partnerships with major customers tailoring Reckitt's offerings to meet their evolving needs.
- Utilise your market insights to devise strategies that stay ahead of industry trends and outpace competitors.
- Team up with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to implement sales strategies to perfection.
- Lead on negotiations and manage promotional activities to stimulate brand visibility and sales achievements.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Established background in e-commerce sales or key account management, with a history of hitting and surpassing targets.
- Exceptional negotiating prowess paired with stellar communication skills that invite and maintain lasting relationships.
- A keen analytical mind, capable of deciphering complex sales data and market information to shape effective strategies.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing profitability, with deep commercial and financial understanding.
