**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with Store Managers/ Floor executives
- Good knowledge of A+ Stores across Pune.
- He/She needs to open new B2B Clients along with handling old ventures
- Must be having good skills in using reporting software.
- Collection from the market within the agreed terms.
- Profit margins will be the main KRA.
- Preferred area of Operations
- Pune
- Good exposure towards horeca segment.
- Handle ecommerce business
- Work very closely with the Ops team to get the daily forecast
- Work on SKU wise sales plan where to sell & what to sell.
**Education - **Graduation/ MBA preferred
**Skills Required**:
- Knowledge of organic / regenerative / pesticide free farming will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and local language
- Proficiency in computer skills - MS Office
- From Modern Trade Sales background
- Preference to people coming from F&V
- Valid 2W/4W Driving licence and should have own 2W/4W
