Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Communicating with customers to answer questions about products or services offered by the company
- Tracks sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
- Registration & participation of Government tenders (GEM Tenders) and following up on the same till order completion.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Supporting sales representatives by developing leads, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings with potential clients, and providing information about the company’s products or services

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
