retail Field Sales Executive

Must have experience in **Retail Sales** and **Distribute Channel.**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for retail and distributor channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential distributor partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and market penetration.
- Negotiate and manage distributor contracts and agreements.
- Provide support and training to distributors to enhance their sales performance and product knowledge.
- Oversee retail sales operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns to drive traffic and sales in retail locations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
