**Looking for Footwear Merchandiser.**
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Retail Merchandiser to join our team and drive sales and profitability within our footwear department. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to maximize sales, optimize inventory levels, and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute merchandising plans in alignment with company objectives and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select product assortments that meet customer demands and drive sales.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing replenishment strategies.
- Ensure product presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and drive sales.
- Work closely with store managers and sales associates to provide product knowledge training and ensure consistent customer service.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop promotional strategies and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Utilize analytical tools and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the footwear industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
- Passion for fashion and footwear trends.
