**Main duties of the job**:
On** **Monday 20th March 2023, we’re inviting qualified midwives as well as second and third year students to come and speak with our friendly teams and explore the opportunities available here at the NCA.

On the day we will have representatives from our Community Midwifery Team, the Birth Centre, Triage Unit, Labour Ward and Post-Natal Ward ready to speak with you as well as representatives present to discuss the bespoke Preceptorship and Training you will receive upon starting with us.

There is a maternity improvement programme underway at Royal Oldham Hospital which will enhance the services we can offer to women, birthing people and their families who access our care and we would love for you to join us on this incredible journey.

We have just rolled out of Badger net digital maternity notes, an end to end digital solution, incorporating Birmingham Symptom-specific Obstetric Triage System (BSOTS) to support the safe, quality care of our women and birthing people.

We are developing our workforce with new roles to support the service and to improve progression opportunities for our midwifery team because we want you to see your career progress within the NCA.

Same-day interviews as well as tours of the department will be available on the day.
