Export Documentation Executive

**Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely shipment of goods
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including export control and customs regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on shipment status
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in export documentation and shipping
- Knowledge of Indian export regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
