We come up with an excellent opportunity for the position of **Business Development Associate **in Bricsa Consulting **at Andheri location.**

**Job description**:
Responsible for delegate acquisition for conferences from doing market research and lead

generation to sell delegate packages to senior level business leaders for a conference events.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Marketing and Production team.

Contact appropriate executives to ensure they are aware of events, selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations.

Tenacious, articulate and confident in engaging at director level.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting pitching to closing.

Liaising with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation.

Consistently meeting daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue.

**Skills**:
An excellent communicator with both strong verbal and written skills.

Good knowledge of MS office & MS excel.

Professional, eager and open to learn our own unique sales process.

A graduate with good business acumen and the ability to digest complex market knowledge fast.

Driven and purposeful, hard-working and ambitious with a read desire to build a career in sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- No travel

**Experience**:
