**What does the role involve?**:
The purpose of the role is to lead productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives. Provides expert input into definition of global standards to optimize business processes. Implements global processes while making local adjustments as needed.

**Key Responsibilities & goals**:

- You’ll be responsible for the creation and implementation of Aftermarket Services processes and projects on Operations, Customer Experience, Customer Development (inc. Sales) and People, at least across 3 South Asia-Pacific countries.
- This means driving initiatives, continuous improvement, coordinate/implement SAP system releases and train people and troubleshooting.
- You’ll lead and collaborate with global, regional and local colleagues from multiple departments (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Channels, Finance, etc) at different seniority levels (from Executive Management to operational colleagues).
- The role is hybrid, as face-to-face time is fundamental with relationships and understanding and leading our Operations

**What you need is**:

- Good business acumen, to identify and implement good ideas across business areas and Customers. Ideally with relevant experience from across different roles, geographies and functions
- Very good communication skills, to engage different levels of our matrix-like organisation and geographies. Ideally, with good knowledge of MS Powerpoint
- Demonstrated project management and continuous improvement mindset and skills. Ideally, with good SAP understanding.
- Strong Customer and Operations orientation, to leverage Operations to drive Customer Experience and Development. Ideally developed in an industrial environment and Customer contact
- Strong orientation to deliver impact through others and self, together with ambition to grow in responsibility. Ideally coming from across different roles, geographies and functions.
