Job Summary:
MS Clinical Research Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customs Clearance Support Agent to join our team. As a Customs Clearance Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth import and export of goods for our clinical research operations. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate customs regulations, documentation, and procedures to ensure compliance and expedite the movement of goods through customs clearance processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Customs Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary customs documentation, including import and export declarations, permits, licenses, certificates, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.

Compliance Management: Stay up-to-date with customs laws, regulations, and procedures and ensure adherence to all customs and trade compliance requirements during the import and export process.

Customs Clearance Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and shipping teams to facilitate the timely customs clearance of goods, minimizing delays and ensuring efficient movement through customs processes.

Tariff Classification: Determine appropriate tariff classifications and HS codes for imported and exported products, maintaining compliance and optimizing duty rates.

Import/Export Documentation Records: Maintain organized and accurate records of all customs-related documentation, keeping track of shipments, customs clearance status, and relevant information in the company's systems.

Communication: Interact with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other relevant agencies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any customs clearance issues or delays that may arise, liaising with various stakeholders to find timely solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve customs clearance processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, contributing to the overall enhancement of supply chain operations.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven experience in customs clearance, import/export documentation, and dealing with customs regulations. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry is a plus.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local and international customs regulations, tariff classifications, and trade compliance requirements.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customs documentation and ensuring compliance.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customs authorities, and external partners to achieve shared goals.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customs clearance issues effectively.

Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple shipments and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with customs clearance software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
