**Job Description** Purpose of job**:
Self-driven person who will undertake responsibility of Billing and other coordination part of departmental activities. Analytical approach in problem solving.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Will have to create, track and close Project financially as well as in Pampol.
- MIS P&L, Billing tracker, License tracker, financial tracker of projects, Revenue tracking.
- Preparing Forecast, Quality Documentation, Audit data compilation and KPI fulfillment.
- Feedback compilation and maintaining data in system and regular updating for the same.
- Raising ER and coordinating for approvals as well as support till the requirement is fulfilled.
- IT assets and licenses record maintenance.
- Keeping records of users as per cost center, project deputation, reporting manager.
- Coordination with vendors for onsite and/or offshore work, invoices, PO, timesheet etc.
- Coordination with other departments like HR, Finance, Purchase, IT, Sales etc.
- Coordination with different PM from other BU for project billing.
- Providing reports, documents, information as per requirement of higher authorities.
- Handling departmental administrative activities.
- Preparing documents like Annexures, Reimbursement, and Intern’s allowance forms.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as Project Coordinator
- Expertise in Advanced Excel and other alternative for Excel like Power BI, R, Tableau
- Good problem-solving skills and Innovative mind set.

**Qualifications**
BE (Mechanical/ Automotive)
