**Job Title: Billing Executive**
Location: Taloja - Raigad
As a Documentation Specialist, will be responsible for preparing and managing invoices for local and international sales transactions, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and handling documentation specific to SEZ transactions.
You will collaborate closely with the finance, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and documentation processes.
**Responsibilities**:
**Local Invoicing**:
Generate and issue invoices accurately for local sales transactions.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and invoicing requirements.
Maintain records of local invoices and supporting documentation.
**Export Invoicing**:
Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for export shipments.
Verify export pricing, quantities, discounts, and terms of sale.
Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and documentation for export orders.
Manage export documentation including shipping bills, certificates of origin, and export declarations.
**SEZ Documentation**:
Handle documentation for transactions involving Special Economic Zones (SEZ).
Prepare and process necessary paperwork for SEZ exports or sales.
Ensure compliance with SEZ regulations and documentation requirements.
**General Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and customer queries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoicing and export documentation.
Monitor payment status for export invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
Stay updated on changes in export regulations and documentation requirements.
Contribute to process improvements to streamline documentation and invoicing workflows.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in documentation, invoicing, or export compliance role.
Strong knowledge of local and international invoicing practices and export documentation requirements.
Familiarity with SEZ regulations and documentation procedures is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Budget : Upto 3LPA
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
