**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a talented Content Creator to collaborate with Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE, in building his personal brand. This role involves creating a wide variety of content for social media, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Tweets, and YouTube edits, and managing Shesh’s social media platforms.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Create compelling, impactful, strategic organic content that reflects Shesh’s personal brand and engages audiences on various platforms.
- Operate and manage social media platforms, ensuring regular posting of high-quality content.
- Analyze data to determine content performance, draw insights, and develop recommendations for content strategy.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to align with Shesh’s personal brand.
- Write clear, persuasive, original copy with a distinct voice that reflects Shesh’s personal brand, while adhering to each platform’s best practices.
- Generate ideas for new content types and proofread articles before publication.
- Collaborate with the Video Editor and other team members to optimize the production of content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and integrate them into content creation.

**Key Competencies and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in content creation.
- A strong portfolio of published articles or other examples of written content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrable passion for creating content for various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Curious, responsible, accountable, and deeply passionate about personal interests and hobbies.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or Zoho Suite is a plus.
